I am a HUGE fan of Laurel Burch!
I had bought a throw for my couch and it arrived
on the day that the world lost this wonderful woman and artist.
Amy & Marc stopped over last night and brought me
4 pairs of LB socks from Amy's Mom-Carol!
I have been LUSTING after these socks for ages.
Thank you so much!
I even have a purse that matches these socks called Indigo Cats.
Carol had also send this lovely ceramic ornament with two
of my favorite things cats & birds!
I am wearing the indigo cats socks today! : )

Back is feeling much better...
I have not taken any pain medications since last night.
I think just being off of it and not doing things to re-injure it
is what I probably needed to do from the beginning.
What did I know- never having had lower back issues before!

I'm glad that your back is feeling so much better - my human has been learning the same lesson with her irritated rotator cuff. It has been very hard for her to let it rest and not use it a lot, especially since she is active and sort of a fitness nut. But that is why it was getting worse for a long time.

Lovely post! I wear cat socks at work and love Laurel Burch too. I met her at a cat show in San Francisco years ago and she was the warmest, most genuine person. She was so please I was wearing a vest with a bunch of her pins on it, and she wanted a photo of us together. Her art was the theme of the cat show and she made a wonderful drawing for someone who came up to her booth and was looking for a angelcat that was a boy but all her angels were feminine, so that night she went home and made a special drawing just for this person...
Mom loved Laurel Burch too...she has a T-shirt that I think she is bringing to BlogPaws!
