Tomorrow afternoon I start on my 

Physical Therapy at Buffalo Spine and Sport. 

I have 5 weeks before BLOGPAWS to whip it together.

Feeling better and reducing the amount of pain meds today,

I went for a short walk around the block in 90 degree heat.

Heat= more pain just FYI!
