Kids! What are you going to do with them! They're always too busy when you really need them -- they obviously have their own agenda.
I have learned that you just have to wait patiently, and sooner or later you'll get a call. If you watch that phone, Joy, it will never ring (something like watching a pot of water slowly come to a boil).
